The staff was very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We were provided with complimentary heaters in our rooms and were given excellent advice on places to go and things to do in the area. the location was also very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.
The room was not very inviting with old and stained linen, and the tea towels in the kitchen were dirty. the room heater was too small and ineffective during winter, and there was no elevator for those with big luggage.

The location of this hostel is excellent, with a beautiful park just across the road and very close to the city center. the kitchen is huge and has a lot of dishes/cutlery, making cooking a breeze. the rooms are spacious, providing ample room for luggage storage.
The hygiene at this hostel was not up to standard. My friend and I were given dirty blankets and had to pay extra for bed sheets.

This hotel is a great value for money! The prices are incredibly affordable and you get a lot for your money. The staff are attentive to detail and make sure everything is clean and tidy. The location is right in the center of everything which is super convenient. Additionally, the rooms have high ceilings which make them feel very comfortable in comparison to other hostels, and there are fantastic communal facilities to use. They also serve breakfast which is a bonus!
All was ok, no improvement needed.

A perfect location with easy walking access to local cafes and shops. The building exudes an old-world charm and has a stately lounge room. The facilities were well maintained, and the price was unbeatable. Free parking was an added bonus.
The in-house computers were not functioning, and the paid Wifi did not work well. The room was very quiet, and the heaters were not on in the morning, making it cold to wake up.
